    GENERAL:
    - Blood Drive Today
    - Our school blood drive is happening today from 9:30 to 2:00. If you signed up or are still considering donating, there is still time to make a difference.
    - If you plan to donate, please remember to bring a photo ID, eat a good meal, stay hydrated, and wear sleeves that roll up easily. If you need a parental consent form, you can pick one up in the front office.
    - Stop by and help save lives!
    - ISASP testing is Wednesday and Thursday in PE 9, Physical Science, Foundations of Faith (both teachers), World History, English 11, US History. If you miss a test, please be proactive about scheduling make up tests with Mrs. Wilson!
    - The HUB will be locked during the lunch period moving forward. Students have several first-floor options available, including the cafeteria, student lounge, coffee shop area, EC or the big gym if available. 
    ATHLETICS:
    - The track meet at MOC/FV has been postponed. 
    - Girls and boys soccer play BHRV tonight. The girls games are home and the boys games are at BHRV. JV Girls game starts at 4:30 with the varsity to follow. The boys JV game at Rock Valley starts at 5:00, bus leaves at 4:00.

Founded in 1919, Western Academy began as a four-year academic community accommodating grades 9-12. Renamed in the 1930s to Western Christian High School, the mission and values remain the same.
