    GENERAL:
    - All girls interested in spring golf, please meet by the front office during morning
    break today.
    - Just a reminder if you plan to attend the NCC Scrubs Camp, please fill out the yellow Career/Job shadow form outside of Mrs. Khang’s office and turn it in to her by the end of next week.
    - Attendance: If you know that you are going to miss school (appointments, family trip, etc.) you need to stop in the front office and receive a slip. Teachers should not let you leave unless you have a slip to show them! Thanks!
    - Solid Grounds: Today is the last day to make purchases to support the Van Wingerden family! There is a “tip jar” for the family, and all proceeds for this month are going to their family. Treat yourself to a treat today, knowing that the profits are going to a family in need!
    - On Monday, we welcome the Dordt University Men’s Volleyball team! You are invited to join them in the Event Center during your lunch break.
    - Seniors 2025 favorite meals part 2 has been sent to your emails. Please check it and get your votes in for desserts, sides and breads. Thank you.
     
    SCHOLARSHIPS:
    - Seniors, just a reminder, there are many upcoming scholarships that are due on March 1st! Take a look at the scholarship spreadsheet in the senior Class of 2025 classroom.
    - Also, NCC’s deadline to apply for internal scholarships is Friday, March 28th. Please make sure you log into your NCC student account if you have been accepted as a student there.
    - Please Hull Kiwanis Scholarship to Mrs. deBoom by March 5th in order to meet the deadline. Mrs. Khang will be out of the office next week.
     
    ATHLETICS:
    - Varsity boys basketball plays in the substate final tomorrow afternoon in Storm Lake at BV University. The game starts at 4:00 PM vs OA-BCIG. You are encouraged to buy tickets before you arrive for a smooth entry; here is the link to purchase tickets. Here is the link for the livestream.

    (2nd) is finished.
    -  For chapel today, go to your Faithpack first. Then we will head to the EC after
    we meet.
    - If you want something to do in study hall 4th or 6th, come see Mrs. VM in the choir
    hallway to work on a picture project.

    - Any girls interested in going out for Spring Golf: there will be an information meeting Friday morning during break.

    - Reminder that all proceeds for the month of February at Solid Grounds will benefit the Van Wingerden family. Please consider supporting them by shopping at Solid Grounds!
    - Tabs at the coffeeshop are OPEN! Don’t open a tab if you can’t pay it off 😀
    - Student-led Bible Study meets tomorrow at 8:25 AM.
    - SENIORS! 52 of 79 have filled out the google form for the top five favorite entrees. Tomorrow is deadline. There are a couple that are getting close to being nudged out of the top 5. If you want your opinion to count, get your votes in.
    - Students, if you plan to attend the NCC Scrubs Camp or any other career opportunities event, please make sure you fill out the yellow form and turn it in at least 2 days before the event. This is located outside of Mrs. Khang’s office in the Student Lounge area.

    FFA:
    - FFA main meeting Wednesday morning at 9 AM in the Cafeteria!

    COLLEGE/CAREER ANNOUNCEMENTS:
    - Students, there are several upcoming opportunities available to learn about careers and college programs such as the NCC Scrubs Camp, Minnesota West Tech Day, Buena Vista Stem Day (for Juniors), Buena Vista Agriculture or Field Biology Day (for Juniors). Check out the 2025-24 Opportunities Spreadsheet posted in each of your grade level classroom for details. If you are interested in attending any of these events, you will need to turn in the YELLOW Career/Job Shadow form located outside of Mrs. Khang’s office at least two days prior to the event and have your teachers and parent/legal guardian sign and return the form to Mrs. Khang.

    ATHLETICS
    - Come support the dance teams for the last time this year, tonight at 7:00! The Sioux Center dance team and students from Robins School of Dance and Illuminate Dance Project will also be performing. Admission for students is free!
