LUNCH: NO LUNCH!
WISHING A HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO... Jenna DeKam (10/3), Alivia Koldenhoven (10/5), & Mollie Schemper (10/6)!
GENERAL:
- Thank you for your outstanding cooperation in adapting to the new "no smartphone policy" as we started this year! We’re going to take it one step further: Please remember to TURN OFF YOUR PHONES before putting them in the slots when you arrive at school — our front office staff can only handle so many buzzing distractions before they lose it! Let’s keep their sanity intact.
- Email Ms. Jeltema by tomorrow if you are applying to go to Spain. If you do not email, you will have to wait until next year.

- Notes to Tairin are still being accepted as well as money donations. Consider encouraging her in these ways.
- Could you be someone else who does it? Three weeks is probably the longest these two Dutch guys have been away from their families and friends. Would your family be the ones to make a difference and host them? They are so eager to find out who they will be staying with. Contact careyvandonselaar@westernchristianhs.com.
- Solid Grounds coffeeshop will not be open today! If you need to pay off your balance, you can do so during break or 5th period today before interest begins to accrue at the end of the day today.

ACADEMIC REGISTRAR:
- Juniors and Seniors, the pass/fail deadline is Monday, October 7. Contact Mrs. de Boom with any questions and if you are interested in this option. You must be taking 7 or 8 Western classes to qualify for the option.
